This package should fix a bug brought about by the August Cumulative Update where the SharePoint Health Analyser reported the errors:
Verify that the critical User Profile Application and User Profile Proxy Application timer jobs are available and have not been mistakenly deleted.
As usual, simply install packages and run the config wizard on all servers in the farm to complete the upgrade.
